Alistair is our Chief Executive Officer. Alistair has enjoyed a long and successful career within the security industry and has contributed in volunteer leadership roles across industry organisations and professional standards development within New Zealand and internationally. Alistair holds an MSc in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester and offers a level of experience and understanding that adds value to our clients’ needs.

Mike McKim

Provincial Manager

Mike is our National Client Services Manager. Mike resides in the Auckland branch supporting the team locally and nationally. Mike is also a board member of Aotea Security (NZ) Ltd and is recognised for his extensive experience at a technical, design and sales engineering level spanning two decades. He enjoys running and boxing in his spare time outside of work.

Chris Whiting

National Sales Manager

Chris is our National Sales Manager and has over 16 years’ experience in the security industry, both in the UK and New Zealand. With an extensive background in sales management, Chris is responsible for leading Aotea’s sales and growth strategies in electronic security, health and aged care technology. Chris is based in the Auckland branch and will support the team locally and nationally.

Daniel Piebenga

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel has a strong history in accountancy with over 20 years experience. He is results-driven with a sound knowledge and understanding of Aotea Security both financially and culturally. Daniel is based in the Otago branch supporting the team locally and nationally
