Here at Aotea Security, we recently introduced the platform Groov to our team, and we are so excited about the change that it is driving both in the workplace and at home. Our mascot, Aokea agrees!
Don’t know about Groov? Groov is a platform providing workplaces, and employees with the tools to function more efficiently while trying to remove additional stress and unnecessary worry. Groov seemed like the perfect platform for Aotea Security to implement at the end of 2021 considering how much our world is changing. Trying to adjust to sickness, hybrid work and overall higher stress levels pushed our team to make the internal decision that we needed a platform to prioritise mindfulness.
Mentemia co-founder, Sir John Kirwan, an ex-All Black and mental health activist has been very public about his struggle with depression and anxiety, and how implementing self-care within his everyday routine has greatly improved his day to day routine. By using a platform like Groov, we can ensure that our team is being provided with the tools to be empowered, have a better grasp on their stress levels and the ability to create better boundaries in regards to a healthier work/life balance.
Our mascot, Aokea, is a recent addition to our team just like Groov so watch this space as we all continue growing together!
