You might be forgiven for thinking that coffee fuels these people. But it’s their passion for delivering service and supporting our people that drives them. Aotea Security takes pride in celebrating big achievements, but these would not be possible without the contributions of the Unsung Heroes and team players in our company working collectively. Today we sing their praises by recognising their passion, service and commitment.
To recognise the Unsung Heroes and the genuine Team Players in our company, the Aotea Security Leadership team decided that three standout Unsung Heroes would each be gifted a Coffee Machine of their choosing, and in addition to that five Team players, nominated by colleagues would receive a $500 prezzie card and a HIK-Vision X Pro Wireless Alarm Kits.
Our Unsung Heroes are three enterprising women working in key supporting roles in the business including everything from Customer Service and Job Management, through to Payroll and Invoicing. We hope you enjoy your well deserved coffee machines.

The many nominations we received for the Team Player award, made it clear that we have many leaders in our company. Selecting five people from a team the size of ours was very tough, but these five demonstrated great contributions to culture, teamwork and went the extra mile to support their teammates.
