As Aotea Security's National Unit Manager, Kade Tarrant plays a key role in managing and supporting various national teams and providing strategic and operational support to nine regional branches. He believes in a "one team" approach, where everyone moves forward together, takes pride in their work, and gets home safely.
Kade's journey in the security industry started with hands-on experience, installing and maintaining electronic security solutions across various projects in different sectors, which gave him a solid technical foundation on security systems and valuable experience working with clients from all walks of life.
After spending time in London working on large-scale security projects, Kade returned to New Zealand, where he would work his way up the ranks at Aotea Security. He progressed from an apprentice technician to project manager and then to branch manager before entering his current role as the national unit manager.
He takes pride in helping his teams grow and develop, knowing that their success directly translates to the quality of service Aotea Security provides for their customers. For Kade, it's about delivering work he can stand behind and being part of something much bigger than himself.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, relaxing with friends, and pursuing his passions for hunting, fishing, and diving, interests he loves to share with his young family.
