We love celebrating our security apprentices across Aotearoa and today we're introducing Lila Riddall from the sunny Bay of Plenty.
Lila had an interest in electronics for many years and enjoyed tinkering with servers and circuits. She signed up at the Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology in Tauranga and studied Electrical Engineering Theory (Level 3). Lila started with Aotea Security Bay of Plenty in May, working in the projects team where she's been partnered up with an experienced technician, Andy Pourau.
Lila has been an asset to the team since she started and brings a great attitude to work each day. Her attention to detail has been noticed, taking a lot of notes, and drawing wiring diagrams in her notebook. She even wired up a Gallagher Security Panel in her first month.
