Promoting A Pro Learning Culture By Investing In Staff Training

It goes without saying that 2020 was a year of change, with global lockdowns restricting travel and changing the way people work – and that applies to staff training as well. Staff development and training has seen a 9.5% increase over the last 24 months, and will continue to grow as we train and develop the next generation of skilled technicians.

One of Aotea Security's founding beliefs is that training is a key fundamental to the long-term success of their people and company. They are continuing to develop the next generation of skilled technicians through investment in staff development. Aotea Security puts a considerable investment each year towards staff training in security systems, health and safety, and leadership development. From 2019 to 2020, there was a 9.5% increase in staff training investment.

Aotea Security are supporters of the Electronic Security L3 and L4 qualifications and apprenticeships that can be obtained through on the tools learning and online modules, and always looking at ways in which to support our people through this commitment to work and learning and creating balance.
